2. Eligibility — B2B Operators Only
Cannabrands is exclusively for licensed B2B cannabis operators. You represent and warrant that you hold all licenses required to transact in your applicable market, that your business is operating in compliance with applicable state and local laws, and that you are not located in a jurisdiction where cannabis commerce is prohibited. 3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. 4. Subscription & Billing
Cannabrands is offered on a monthly subscription basis, billed per brand. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. 5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Cannabrands for any unlawful purpose or in any manner inconsistent with these terms. Prohibited conduct includes: reselling or sublicensing platform access; scraping, crawling, or otherwise extracting data in bulk; interfering with platform security or availability; uploading content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights; and any use that facilitates unlicensed cannabis commerce. 6. Intellectual Property
Cannabrands and its underlying technology, design, trademarks, and content are the property of Greenius LLC. Your business data remains yours. 7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Cannabrands at any time for violations of these terms or applicable law. You may terminate your account at any time by following the cancellation process in your account settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. 8. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Greenius LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Cannabrands, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. 10. Governing Law

11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-product and by email to account administrators at least 14 days before taking effect.
